This may not be something that you should be very worried about however, these spots seemed to have moles as likely differentials. Other differentials may be warts or skin tags. If warts are being considered here, then this has to be ascertained as warts are readily transmitted given the right factors.
Small black spots in the genital areas may be moles. You may need to have these assessed by your dermatologist to ascertain the character of these spots. Are they black or brownish in color? Are they flat or elevated? Any pain, redness or itchiness in the area?
