i have what look likes a pimple on my penis

i am scard to say anything to anyone or go but how do i know if i have a std i have what looks like a pimple on my penis and it pops just like one then i got on in my pubes area i also would like to know how they test u i am deadly afraid of needles and would not b possible to draw my blood
