hi. i resently have had a wart confirmed by a byopsy.  . Even though my urologist didnt seem it needed i insisted on a full screening of all std's. While waiting for results. I experianced severe anxiety and sleeplessnes. Irecalled an itchy rash i had 3 yrs ago all over  the body including hands feet  face scalp and trunk. I went to a doctor who gave me a shot of benedryl. The rash went away in a couple of days with none of any memory to follow. I assumed it was from a day at the beach , reaction to sun screen or food allergy to a raunchy food stand at the beach. Ok back to the present.  I got back the results from the blood test that tested negative for syphilis, herpes & hiv . I also got back a negative result from a urine culture for any bacteria . I also started having other symptoms at this time of burning frequent urination , burning itchy cracked penis head & and circumsized area & testes(they seam red), along with leaking urine after urination.(had leaky urine a life time) I was diognosed with prostatitis, wich i have had before in my life time . I have been using aldara for another small wart . been thruogh a 12 day course of an antibiotic for prostattitis and ditropan for bladder control. Nothing helped the burning feeling on the penis . the front head is red and cracked( not sides )
  between the circumsion line & the head seams  blotchy and almost raised in areas that almost look flacky & shinny. I was given clotrimazole1% cream wich i used on penis (not area near aldara use or testes) i used it for 10 days at night & put vaseline in the morning.(washing area inbetween ) nothing is helping and i was told to see a dermatologist. i do masterbate often without lubrication. i shower twice a day in hot water . loose underwaer seam to agrivate it as penis rubs against underwaer causing chaffing. doc seams to think its dry skin 0r caused by urine in unerdwear from leaking I think might be from masterbation (masturbation) it seams in area of hand placement.(friction) could this have something to do with rash i had 3 yrs ago?(undetected syphilis).my urologist assures me no.says rash wouldnt have gone away with benadryl & wouldnt have itched and bolod test is neg. should i continue to use vasaline & a&d or try something else on head foreskin?  Youre help is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU ! PS I also have what i think is psriasis on thighs and insides of knees . little red bumps sometimes with puss & almost shiny cracked skin, I have had that many years THANKS AGAIN

I think you have penile irritation, from friction, masturbation, leaky urine or all three.  With negative syphilis tests, I can't think of any significance of the rash that went away.  I think you should get some prescription-strength cortisone cream to heal up the dryness and cracking.  That will make you feel better, and perhaps worry less.

can somebody explain what the itching inside me is.... on the tip of my penis it feels like i should discharge but i don't.. it feels like its *** thats been stuck up there but it doesn't come out.. should i go to the doctor and ask for a pill to stop this.. i have had it for like 2 months maybe longer... at fisrt it hurt then a week later it just started itching.. i think my girfriend and her pubic hair punctured my skin inside my penis at the top.. we started usingthe spermicidels but it burned my penis so bad we stopped.. and just three weeks ago i started gettng a rash on my penis that seems to be spreading but i'm usng hydrocortisone 1% and i think it might be worrking, but its not stopping the itching inside my foreskin...can somebody please tell me what it might be... we alwas use luberication, can that cause rashes?? please help thanks

Yes, sometimes people can be allergic to lubricants and it may or may not cause rashes.

As far as the sensation you have on your penis, yes, your girlfriend's pubic hair may attribute to that as well.  Some women shave down their pubic hair and keep a length of 3mm for oral issues, etc.  Sometimes the hairs can feel like a puncture, depending on how rough the intercouse goes.  If you are unsure, I suggest you go to a doctor and get a culture test done.  That should give you MUCH better results, and perhaps quit your worrying. =)
