I'm pretty sure its, Tinea Veriscolor?
- I'm 17
-i live in florida.
-ive had like 2 spots on my chest for 2 years and they have come and gone and they really didnt bother me, but just recently have spread to my upper arms, back and chest and they have gotten really bad? they dont itch or bother me, i dont even know there there until i look at them D:
- i'm always out in the sun.
-my dad and aunt have had it before when they were teens, but went aways after using selsun blue
-my parents wont get me insurance, sooo i cant go to the doctor.
-Ive tryed selsun blue for a few days, but i just dont have the time to apply it and shower everyday, i wish i did. D:
-i have christmas ball coming up and i really want it gone before then, for my dress.

i came across this website, and i dont know if its legit or not, soo i was wondering if i could get some opinions, a pill everyday thats something eaasy i can do,but i dont want to get something that will harm me?

Hello,
It looks like tinea versicolor. tinea versicolor. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines. Most cases of fungal infections respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Selsun, Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
