icy hot type feeling on penis
Hello, a few days ago I began noticing that my penis started to have a warm sensation. Now about two days ago I I started feeling what can only be ddescribed as feeling like I had a little icy hot or medicated powder or menthol on my penis. A hot, not painful feeling. It is mostly at the base and one side, but sometimes I feel it on more of the penis or sometimes the scrotum. I do not notice any visible symptoms, just the feeling. What could this be? Some type of bacteria or fungus? Physical damage? An std? Please help.
