MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
There is nothing to be worried of because this is renewed skin which takes place of old damaged dry skin. Treatment includes application of a steroid cream to the foreskin up to three times a day for about a month to loosen the adhesive ring. But they should always be used under medical supervision.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
