indian skin i have brown dots on my body

hello!! i m 53 yrs old lady! i face white skin (white dots) now recent is cover body!! i m looking good with white skin but now i m got brown dots on my face and other part of body , i need help to light down or remove brown dots with cream or any powder plz suggestme wts should i do!!

ya!! u r right !! its happen when i m going in sun light !! its happen as brown dot in my open body area like arms ,face, back , plz suggest me any cream or powder too light out this one!! in india (gujarat) coz i easy found that cream or powder !! thanx for reply me!!

Hi there,
There are various possibilities of this brown pigmentation.Melasma,sundamage,freckles,etc.Melasma is associated with the female hormones and is  common in pregnant women, women who are oral contraceptives and women taking hormone replacement therapy during menopause. Sun exposure is also a strong risk factor for developing melasma. Freckles are flat, tanned circular spots particularly common in people of fair complexion .They are usually seen on upper-body skin areas like the cheeks, nose, arms, and upper shoulders. Only a picture cannot confirm the diagnosis. A clinical examination and tests may help in confirming the diagnosis. Treatment will be specific based on the cause.
