infected pimple, ingrown hair or genital wart???

Like many others I have so much anxiety about this right now and cant get to a doctor until next week. I have been in serious relationship the past 8 months and before that I haven't had intercourse with a women for 3 to 4 months before that. On a couple of occasions I did not use any protection with 3 or 4 girls. Those 3 or 4 girls was over like a 2 year period though. I got my blood tested before me and my current gf started dating and the doctor did not report anything. 2 or 3 weeks ago I did my monthly man scapping and shaved my pubic area.2 or 3 days later I started seeing a little white thing near the right side base of my penis. It looked to me to be an ingrown hair. I just let it go.  3 weeks later and it is still here and there looks to be another one near it. This one is not really white though. I have no pain or irritation on either of them. I started looking at some pictures of genital ingrown hairs, pimples and warts and its freaked me out and I am going crazy now thinking it is herpes. I only have two little things. everything I research looks 100 times worse than what is in my genital area. Can anyone help me figure it out? oh I also tore one off and it started to bleed and I put neosporin on it to heal. no puss or anything came out. now one just looks like a ripped open pimple. They are very very small also. like an 8th the size of a pee

Hello,
Fordyce spots are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I actually think I found the answer doing research online. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to upload a picture on here(LOL) so I came across "chicken skin" and fordyce spots. It looks exactly like fordyce spots. I didn't know that was a condition until I looked online. I am still going to go to my doctor but I feel a lot better knowing that 80 percent of men get fordyce spots in their life time, and that its not an std.

Hello,
These can be small cysts, molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection). I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist to get it ruled out. Molluscum and genital warts are contagious after physical skin to skin contact.
