I wrote about two weeks ago saying that I had a red irritated area appear on the head of my penis on the underside 4 days after a girl spit twice on the opening of my penis.
i wrote that 2.5% hydrocortizone made the redness go away overnight...but the area still had tiny little bumps (20-30) and a few lines that stayed and have slowly gone away (expect the lines, which look like wrinkles).
so now about 2 weeks later..i was having sex with my girlfriend...and we started a little dry...first my fingers..and then penis...she wasn't wet...just a little and took some pushing to get it in and her juices flowing.
10 min into it, she said it started to hurt...but kept going...5-10 min later...she couldn't take the pain anymore and asked for some lube....i used baby oil.
as soon as i tried to re-enter her...she couldn't do it because of the pain.
she told me she has never felt a pain like this..and is not your usual friction pain that has occurred to us in the past.
i'm very worried that i passed something to her...and that the redness i had wasn't just dermititis.
she went to the bathroom right after and i asked if it hurt during urination...she said no.

No, you don't need to worry about that. STD's don't cause acute pain 10 minutes after contact. Most likely she got irritated from insufficiently lubricated intercourse. If the problem persists, she should see her gynecologist.
