ingrown hairs

I get peristent ingrown hairs in my bikini area and underarms. When they go away or when I pull out the trapped hair I get a scar. I currenly use Nad's ingrown solution and bleaching cream for the scars.

Any good products to stop the ingrown hairs and creams to get rid of the scars?
