You know, i looked at pictures of the above stuff, and it doesnt quit look like those...also, its just in the crease of my elbow, both of em..which kinda leads me to beleive it has something to do with heat or sweat(just moved to El Paso a month ago) if i bend my elbow, it does not extend past that "gap" or whatever. the areas or lines that are darker in color also look more scar like or i guess stretch mark like, but a bit dryer. Im pretty sure ive had this before and its gone away, but  its either a bit more out of hand or im just finally giving it attention. Im wondering if i should try goldbond on it for a week or a moisturizer or something..

Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it can be due to hyperpigmentation of the skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them. Also get tinea versicolor ruled out.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
