This may b a rash caused by an irritation brought about by friction of the skin between both thighs. Another differential may be a dermatitis or a fungal infection. This does not sound like an STD. A psoriaticPsoriatic arthritis lesion may be ruled out here given that the rash is flat an is not plaquelike. PsoriaticPsoriatic arthritis lesions may also be found in other areas of the body and not only localized to a certain part.
I do not think this is something that you should be worried about. Have you been using any medications on the area?
Does this rash involve both thighs?
