is erythrasma transmitted through a sexual contact??

if someone has erythrasma in the groin- is it caused( or could be) by a sexual contact with another woman?
can I have sex with girlfriend if I have erythrasma and not infect her?  please answer my question because I am so embarrased to talk to her. thanks

Erythrasma is a long-term bacterial infection that usually appears in the area between skin folds such as the groin or armpit. Diabetes, obesity, excessive sweating, poor hygiene, or immune deficiency may usually predispose to acquiring this condition. Because it is caused by a bacterial infection, it can manage to spread during skin to skin contact.  It is recommended to gently scrub the skin patches with antibacterial soap to help them go away. Prescription medications by your doctor may also be indicated and may lead to complete recovery. Have this evaluated by your doctor for proper management. Take care and regards.

so u r saying that I should avoid sex ( there was no info on the web about this) ? what are the good antibacterial soaps? I tried dettol soap(dont know if it's good),  but can I get anything else from the pharmacy?? How long it gonna take if I use erythromycin pills to get the reddish brown couloration off my groin?
