is it a ringworm ?

Hello,

Got this "spot" on my head wich got a bit bigger because i scrattched it and keep wanting to feel it to see if it goes, it probably makes it worse ! Having had a look , I would reckon it is a ringworm/ fungus. It's hard, not hitchy or painfull in any ways. just annoying !

Could you please give me your opinion and how to get rid of it

From the symptoms it looks like a cyst or pilar cyst. Pilar cysts manifest as smooth, mobile, asymptomatic swellings, often in the scalp. Overlying hair loss may be noted. The definitive treatment is surgical excision of the cyst. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist.
