is there a pill!!???

I am a medium brown skin black woman, and I have a hyperpigmantation problem. I am 2 1/2 to 3 shades darker on the backs of my legs. my face is lighter tham the rest of me. I also seem to get lighter a darker for so known reason. This is all year round. I want to know is there a pill to help me with this all over problem. I'm tired of being precribed creams and washes that don't work. By the way I'm not on any meds nor birth control.
