is this normal

I am 15 years old and i have these sensitive red bumps(in groups on penis head). They are more under the skin redness. I dont think they hurt but my penis head is very sensitive. I am worried about them forming into warts.

Hello,

They are not warts but Fordyce spots which are present normally in males on the shaft of penis .Other possibility is of pearly penils papules.Don’t worry as Fordyce spots are normal.

Thanks for your input but I did some research on pearly penils papules and fordyce spots but there are red areas on my penis head. I've been praying to find an answer and I worry sick about them I will hopefully be able to post a picture. But i also have a little spot of like a bruise right by my pee hole. If there is anything you kno about this please help. Thanks alot kindd.
