itch in a testicle

Hello.
Im have a itch in the two testicles (not at the same time).
I see two light brown spots in the approach zone when the itches starts (but do not know if these spots are the cause of itching).
I do not have any lump or pain, just itching to excess.
This problem start a month ago.
The itch is persistent, and get hard in the nights and mornings.
The sensation was as if a pubical hair touch the area, we proceeded to remove some.
Today I wear a cream with clotrimazole talco. No and I have had good results.
I also realized that much transpired in that area lately.
I not have casual sex and I have a partner.
Im Heterosexual.
Hope can help me.
Ah!, Im have hiperglucemia.
Greetings.

Thank you very much for your reply.
Feared that these are symptoms of cancer of the skin in the scrotum.
Follow your instructions and in a few days will tell.

Greetings.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,

From the symptoms that you have described,it sounds like fungal infection(Tinea cruris). Wash your testicles daily and then dry thoroughly by pat drying, not rubbing. A hairdryer is useful if you have hairy groins. The damp skin is an ideal site for fungi to multiply. Also wear cotton underwears and change them twice a day and do not share other people’s towels.Application of local antifungal cream(terbinafine, clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole) and oral antifungal drugs are the mainstay of treatment.

If still the symptoms do not improve then pls get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
