itch

hi,Im not really sure where I post this. I have a red itchy circle on both my legs, my right arm, and another one starting on my left thigh. I also have an itch on my groin area and my inner thighs. They all itch like crazy. I have used the hydrocortisone plus and that stops the itch for awhile. Could this be ringworm, eczema, or psoriasis or somethin else? plz help and thank you.

It is not clear whether these itchy round patches are due to ring worm, nummular dermatitis or granuloma annulare. From the description(dry, red, itchy), it seems like nummular dermatitis but exact confirmation has to be done first. Steroids prescribed in nummular dermatitis can worsen the symptoms if it is ringworm.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
