itching and blisters

I have had a spot on my right shin for over 10 years that itches, then blisters, then after I go crazy and pup the blisters, in a few days the areasget scaley and darken. There is blood underneath. I was told not to shave that area. I went to a dermatologist to biopsied the area, and did not give me a diagnosis. I was injected with Kenelog. The areas are still there, but now I have this all over both lower legs. I have a lot of allergies. My sed rate and rheumatoid factor are elevated, but otherwise bloodwork is normal.I am also frequently constipated. Could there be a connection somewhere? Thanks
