itching face

Hello Doctor

I visited a dominatrix 2 days ago and as part of the session, I performed kissing on foot, leg, breast and butt chicks. 24 hours after this, itching/burning started on my face around my mouth and the whole area is red now. At first I thought that I might have re-infected with HSV-1 since I am already infected with HSV-1 since childhood. Do you have any idea what might have caused this? Is this an std?

I think these are anxiety symptoms.  You can't get reinfected with herpes if you have it already, and besides, you haven't described anything that sounds like herpes (open sores, etc.)  Anyhow, tingling is a sign of anxiety, not herpes.  Unless you get a rash of some sort, you can ignore the sensations.  Also, avoid risky sexual behavior in future.

just wanted to add at that there are no bumps or pimples or anything like that. Just redness around my mouth and is burning/itching.

Use a product which will help reduce your symptoms. Good ones to try are Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, Eucerin or Lutsine Hydrafnia. I think maybe you are anxious as you feel guilty about your visit. I would avoid kissing the feet or bottom of someone whose sexual status is likely to be risky.

this is the kind of thing that i would have to say is behavior that you shouldn't take part in if you are going to complain about it afterwards.  why would you kiss someone's feet or butt if you don't know them, or know whether or not there may be a fungus on their skin?  the dominatrix has been in contact with many people, and you may as well have gotten a prostitute, as they have probably been in contact with less!!  don't complain about an itching/burning if you are worried...GO TO THE DOCTOR NOW, AND STOP THE RISKY BEHAVIOR.
