itching underneath breasts

i have this problem, th itch is sometimes un bareable.. my breasts r not that large but i'm a lil overweight & i do sweat alot in that area...
i read somewhere that it could be candida infection... yet i read here (http***www.medhelp.org/forums/Dermatology/messages/30139.html) that its a sort of rash called seborrhea..
could an ointment like Kenakomb (http***www.spimaco.com.sa/arabic/products/licenbrands/kenakomb.htm) help me??
does Kenakomb help in yeast infections? like vaginal candida??
