itchy blisters on hands and feet

I have been experiencing very strange skin problems for approx 2.5 years.  Originally diagnosed as a skin viris, I had a rash over my body:  legs, torso, armpits and lower back mostly.  This finally cleared up about a year ago.   Occasionally though I get some flair ups, but most recently I have been experiencing what I think is eczema.  I will get an itch on the palm of my hand or arch of foot that starts as a small blister, if I scratch it gets bigger.  The urge to itch is very strong and I usually end up popping the blister.  The blister is filled with a clear thin water like substance.  As it heals it gets hard and still itches...
I am reaching out because now i have a small red rash starting under my armpits as well.  The skin viris was diagnosed 3 years ago a condition that should have only lasted 3 months.  The original irritation last 1.5 years and finally cleared up about 8 months ago.  Now I am getting a red acne like rash under my arm pit in addition to this hand and foot irritation.  I think they are food allergy related?
I hope someone can help

You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

Also use mild steroid cream and good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing. Kind regards.
