itchy bumps on my head and now swollen right cheek

Hi, I like 6 months ago I notice that I had dandruff and little bumps or pimples on my head, I used a special shampoo and the dandruff went away but the pimples stayed. they would each sometimes but they were not a big problem so I didn't care much. A month ago they started to itach more and I notice I have more bumps and they are kinda big. this week they were itching so much i was hurting myself by scratching so hard. I got a shampoo that is for itchy scalp, used it yesterday for the first time, it kinda made my scalp burn a little. Today my head wasn't that itchy but now my left ear is really irritated, red and it just looks really weird, besides the right side of my face is swollen and itches a little. Either my ear or my face hurt but it is very uncomfortable because you can really see that they don't look right. My face looks really weird so what could it be? maybe some kind of allergic reaction? is it something related to the bumps on my head?  and what are those bumps? I really hope somebody can help me with this please , I don't have insurance at the moment and just thinking about it worries me more...

From the symptoms it can be contact dermatitis, allergies, hives and heat rash need to be ruled out. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. Also wear cotton clothes and apply a mild steroid cream if the symptoms are severe. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
