Hello,
Many possibilities are possible for your symptoms and all need to be evaluated and ruled out one by one. It can be due to contact dermatitis, phytophotodermatitis, bullous staph infection, pompholyx or dyshidrotic eczema, erythema multiforme or dermatitis herpetiformis.
To confirm the diagnosis, I suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
In the arch of my right foot there is an itchy blotch that peels every so often (perhaps some of the "cures" I've tried. Sometimes it itches so bad I can hardly stand it. I've tried Oil of Oregano, Iodine, baking soda, vinegar, peroxide, campho phenique. Nothing has cured it but I was hoping for a more instant cure. How long do I need to doctor this foot and what IS the best remedy?
