Yes,this the one with the itchy hands and feet.  I went to a nurse practioner and she gave me some permethrin cream.   She seems to think its a parasite from the figs.  What do you think, and will it help me?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!
It is possible that you are allergic to fig juice. You may try taking an over the counter antihistaminic drug for relief in symptoms. Local application of calamine may be helpful. Self diagnosis and treatment is usually not recommended at this stage since you have already been using some over the counter products. Based on your symptoms it seems that your problems are increasing. I will recommend you to see a dermatologist as soon as possible. Once the condition is diagnosed treatment can be started accordingly. Do keep us posted
Kind regards!
