I have noticed these very itchy pimple like bumps on the outside of my vagina, I am 3 months pregnant and was concerned

Do these bumps involve the hair follicles?

Differentials for this will be a fungal infection, dermatitis or a folliculitis. I suggest that you seek consult with your gynecologist so that an initial assessment may be done. If this is folliculitis you may need topical medications for this. Same goes for a fungal infection. It is best to have this assessed early on. In pregnancy hormonal changes may bring about skin changes also. So it is best to discuss this with your physician as this skin condition may  not necessarily require any intervention.

i have the same thing going on. not pregnant or sexually active. doctor told me just by looking that i had staph infection. put me on antibiotics and physophex wash. besides itching they are painful. only had one that had whitehead. i popped that one pretty easy--had puss and thick blood in it.  popped two others that were still only purple red--took around one week of squeezing and was filled with tiny bit of pus--mainly thick blood.
