Differentials for this will be a fungal infection, dermatitis or a folliculitis. I suggest that you seek consult with your gynecologist so that an initial assessment may be done. If this is folliculitis you may need topical medications for this. Same goes for a fungal infection. It is best to have this assessed early on. In pregnancy hormonal changes may bring about skin changes also. So it is best to discuss this with your physician as this skin condition may not necessarily require any intervention.
