itchy rash on face and neck

Hi. Please help me. I kissed this guy and got a rash all over my face and neck a few days after. I swear we only kissed, but one of my friends says you can get some pretty bad stuff from saliva. I noticed the same rash on him later that day, but he told me it was an allergy and he gets it quite often (he even asked me for an anti-allergy pill!) I tried an anti-fungal cream, but with no results so far. It's been two days and its getting worse. It looks like white bumps with red around and itches like mad.

I sugggest you take oral OTC antihistaminics and hopefully the rash will disappear.Next time make sure you wash your face after kissing.Take care!
