itchy rash on my arm neck chest and stomach

i have this really bad rash on my stomach. i have no idea what it could be because i haven't changed soaps, detergents, or anything else. at times it is scaly and skin colored and other times its smooth and dark red. when it is red it itches.

it may even be on my scalp

Atleast do visit your family physician.Surely he would help you in directing. If it is PR spontaneous resolution is usually the rule.

Possibly 'pityriasis rosea', (if it is scaly). Calamine lotion helps.
