Hi my instant solution after 10 long itchy years was 10mg Trepiline very night - slightly subdues the nerves pinched due to compression of the cervical cutaenous in the neck area. The symptoms of this condition are symetrical itching on neck and arms with no rash, especially at night. Hope that works for you all as well!

Hi,

For people with no prior contact with the virus responsible for herpes, generalized symptoms include: decreased appetite, fever, malaise or muscle aches. Local symptoms include repeated eruptions of small, painful blisters filled with clear, straw-colored fluid on the genitals, around the rectum, or covering nearby areas of skin. Before these blisters appear, there is increased skin sensitivity, tingling, burning, itching, or pain at the site where the blisters will appear. When the blisters break, they leave shallow ulcers that are very painful. These ulcers eventually crust over and slowly heal over 7 - 14 days.

With your description of the  rash, this may not be the case. It is more of an infection. Proper clinical diagnosis is important.  Again, try to avoid scratching to prevent secondary infection.

Take care and regards.

Well the main symptoms are the itching, spreading ad it becomes kinda dark like burnt after a while that is when i scratched it..Sometimes i just cant bare it so i scratch it.The rashes are some how small and together in a way and a few on the scrotum....Is there any way this could also be herpes?
Thank you for answering

Hi,

This could be a dermatitis, fungal infection or skin disease such as scabies. Are there other signs or symptoms present? Can you elaborate on the rash description? In particular, scabies is a transmissible ectoparasite skin infection characterized by superficial burrows, intense itching, which tends to be worse at night and secondary infection.  The mites which cause scabies are not visible with the naked eye but can be seen with a magnifying glass or microscope. Transmission of the mites involves close person-to-person contact of the skin-to-skin variety.

It would be best to have it evaluated by your doctor. A complete medical history and physical examination is needed to reach a diagnosis. Over the counter anti histamine may help with the itching. Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid scratching to prevent secondary infection.

Take care and keep us posted.
