itchy red bumps all over my body

Please someone help! About a week and a half ago I started itching really bad on my back and legs. Soon after which I started to develop these little red bumps that continue to itch. Some of which are scabs cause I been itching so bad. Whatever it is my boyfriend along with both of my little girls are having the same exact thing. I know its not scabies, these are just little red bumps blister like. Other than the bumps and itching we have no other symptoms. What could this be and why only the 4 of us and no one else we are around on a daily basis has this?
