These small clusters of small raised red bumps appeared on my knee a couple days ago but they have spread all the way up to my thigh and down to almost my ankles.
They are VERY itchy and I have no idea where they came from.
I don't think it's an allergic reaction, I haven't touched or eaten anything out of the ordinary.
From the symptoms viral infections like chicken pox, heat rash, contact dermatitis and allergic reaction should be ruled out. If the bumps become intensely itchy then you should get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Till then, you can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.
