itchy reddish penis

About 2 weeks ago I finished taking Zithromax and 1 week before that I finished Levaquin for a very bad sinus behind the ear infection.
Now I am on finished Bactrim and Tamiflu for bronchitis and the sinus infection again.
I noticed about 3-4 days ago the underside of my penis very itchy and hives, rashy looking and some reddness and very small layer skin peeling.
I am 50 years old, no sex in last few months and know this is NOT STD.
Been taking a lot of anti-biotics past 3-4 weeks and the Tamiflu started taking 4 days ago.
Is this caused by the meds and what can I get over the counter to heal this up. Need your help, thank you.
