itchy swollen penis

For about two years i have had some sort of rash under my belly button, my doctor said it was an allergic reaction to metal from my belt.  About six months ago i started itching under my penis at the base after sex.  I'd put some flouncide cream on it and it would go away for a while.  Then i got what appearred to be a big ring worm on my inner thigh, I work out side and sweat alot.  About two months ago I got a small rash just below the head on the side of my shaft.  It seems like its healing then the skin peels off and the new skin is a shinny red sensitive area that scabs up again, and again.  There is one red spot on the head of my penis that has been there for about three weeks.  Yesterday my scrotum and penis started itching and now they are both swollen and itchy.  I also seemed to have a sore on my pinky finger that had little bumps and when i sqeezed it clear fluid came out with a similar sore on my scrotum.  please help

I have a rash on the head of my penis and on the skin covering the penis. It started to to itch two months back and it swolens, and this often happens after i had sex. I don't know but i think is the medication used by My girl friend( she is diabatic)

This could be dermatitis , eczema or allergic skin reaction to some unknown substance or folliculitis.

Are you allergic to any specific substances? Have you taken any medications for the lesions?

You should keep the areas clean, use a powder to keep the areas dry , use calamine lotion at the sites. Oral antihistamine medications would help if the lesions are itchy.

If your symptoms persist it would be best to consult a skin specialist because nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
