itcy legs

The bsck ofthigsand the front of my lower lrgs legs are very itchy. I've tried alamine lotion as well as hydrocortizone cream with no relief,  could it be exema (eczema) or psoriasis? I have scratched my self raw and bloody.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, stasis dermatitis, vascular eczema or lichen simplex chronicus. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. Till then keep your legs elevated while sitting and apply some calamine lotion of the legs. You can also take an antihistaminic for the itching.
