ive got sebaceous glands on my penis and testicles

i have had sebaceous glands on my penis and testicles as far as i know for about 2 yrs now...im kinda self contious about this...and so far have gotten as far as i can explain swollen then popped and the 1 that swelled then popped is gone now. now 1 on my testicle is swolled a bit and popped now and secretes a pale colored liquid,it almost looks like popping a pimple...all the other sebaceous gland things r very small and barely noticable....but why do i have this?
