Hello,
A keloid is a type of hypertrophic scar with mainly type I and some type III collagen which results in an overgrowth of tissue at the site of a healed skin injury.

No treatment for keloids is considered to be 100% effective. Some of the treatment options are application of creams like Mederma or contractubex gel, silicone gel dressings, surgery, steroid injections, compression bandage, cryosurgery, laser therapy and alpha-interferon, 5-fluorouracil and bleomycin.

In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
