please anyone who has gone through this or knows someone who has tell me your experiences ive been anxiously waiting for this to go away its on my mind 24/7 and suggestions or just experiences will be great. thank you

So I got a kenalog shot back on October of 2007 and shortly after I started to see this depression in my skin (I got one shot in each of my upper arms) and now that it is May of 2008 they are still here. i have read about a lot of people who have had this similar reaction but no one knows what to do about it. I have heard that it is caused by the medication crystalizing and if you have saline injected into the site then after a while this should help dilute the medication and let the tissue grow back. BUT I hear that this doesnt always help but i think it is a good first start. What can saline hurt? umm... nothing that I can think of. so I think I'm going to try it.
