Is it possible to have keratosis pilaris on chest, abdomen as well as the back of arms and legs?OR is this skin condition only on arms and legs?

Extensive cases can involve the torso as well as the outer upper arms and legs. If the bumps on your trunk have been there a long time, and they look like your other bumps on the arms and legs, that's probably what they are.
