large sores not healing

Recently in the past two weeks a sore developed on my elbow, circlular with infection, still isn't healed . Another sore has appeared on my hand and knee.  I've been using anti bacteria cream but it does not seem to be helping.  Sores are red in color and infection is green and is very painful?  Any suggestions?

These sores do indeed sound possibly infected.  I think you ought to see a doctor, who can perform a culture to see which bacteria are involved, and prescribe oral antibiotics accordingly.
