Hello,
Pain, swelling, redness, red bumps and blistering are temporary side effects of laser hair removal which will improve with time. Apply calamine lotion to soothe the skin and if the symptoms are severe then mild steroid cream can be applied.

However if there is any hyperpigmentation, hypopigmentation or scarring then it needs an evaluation by a dermatologist as they are permanent side effects of this therapy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
