laser treatment for hair loss????

HI,
am 24 yrs old female sufferrin from hair loss since a year.. its gettin worse day by day... am followin a proper diet too.. now thinning has started and people asked me to go for laser treatments..and since its just a year of hair loss they say it is reversible too.. am getting married in 4 months... i could like someone to tel me,how much can be achieved in a laser treatment and whether its is reliable too.. pls help!!

Certain infections can cause hair loss. Fungal infections of the scalp can cause hair loss in children. The infection is easily treated with antifungal medicines.

Finally, hair loss may occur as part of an underlying disease, such as lupus or diabetes. Since hair loss may be an early sign of a disease, it is important to find the cause so that it can be treated.
