lesion on penis

lesion on penis

Dear someone,
I dont know if this is the right place to ask but i have some lesions on the penis for about 20 years. I never had sex so i dont think it is because of sexually transmitted. I went to a doctor 10 years ago and he gave me some cream but it has no effect. Anyway I remembered that it started off with one small lesion, then now theres probably 3 small lesions. And i think it has puss in it, although the puss build up for quite awhile. I mean 20 years I had them, and I only crushed the lesion probably 20 times as well. ( I think).

The lesion will become bigger than normal (but still considered small) and then one day it became itchy and i need to crushed it and puss comes out. I dont know if its serious but seriously i dunno what to think and I said its been 20 years. Can somebody help me?

And fyi, i think the first lesion i had was when I was 13. Now im 30. And probably getting married soon thats why im worried. Anyway as I said I never ever have sex.

Looks like a balanitis of fungal origin and eminently treatable. Why dont you take treatment?Dont crush the areas might get secondarily infected, perhaps you are already.A course of antibiotic and antifungal creme should sail you smooth.Best wishes,

Looks like fungal infection. Application of Candid cream twice daily will eliminate your problem.

Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like a sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

If the symptoms persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
