lightening or depigmentation/phenol peeling or co2 resurfacing

i want to lighten myself by 3 to 4 shades..and i have big pigmentation problem,my whole leg is full of small brown spots,recently i can see many spots on my face too,i want to lighten myself over all by 3 to 4 shades,i am so desperate about it that i can even go depigmentation process by applying monobenzone,so please help,whats the best option should i go?i am olive skin,can i go for phenol peeling or co2 resurfacing ,please help
