lip problem

i have some very tiny [like pin tip] white spots on the middle and left corner of my upper lips ,they are there from last 1 and half month,no ithcing ,no burn,no fluid,no fever,not any other problem,the only thing is i recently came to know that i am severly allergic to some foods and grass and dust and because of that i have some sweelling on my lips...3-4 episodes of this sweeling in 1 and half week and  after that this dots are there....my dr. said that i may be herpes or nothing she prescribed me the abreva creme and i regularly used it from last 15 days but no diffrence in those spots,can u help me to find what it is?

It is very unlikely that these are cold sores because it is not showing the typical symptoms of cold sores. It can be due to allergic reaction or contact dermatitis or due to Fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
