little bumps on face - acne or allergy?

I have these bumps on my face that aren't itchy, not discolored but is quiet noticeable and makes my face very rough.

First it started (literally overnight) in my T-zone, which made me think it was an allergic reaction or something, but it's been a couple of days and now it's slowly going over my entire face.

It's very rough to the touch and making my skin very dry. When it first appeared it made my skin almost feel like there was a burning sensation.

I switched facial cleansers about 2.5 weeks ago and this just started up 2 days ago. Would it have taken that long?

looks like an allergy to something you have applied to your skin. have you recently changed products? or have your eaten something different recently? increase water to flush system. see doctor.
