little red bump on penis

i have recently had this tiny red pimple-looking dot on the shaft of my penis...i am sexually active but only have unprotected sex with my girlfriend...i popped the little dot and now it just looks like popped pimple or something...the picture is after its popped can anyone tell me if this is just from sweat or body fluids or if i have something to worry about?

Such kind of bump can due to an irritated hair follicle or a cyst. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
