little red bumps

I had sex with my new girlfriend several times one night, and I woke up with these little red bumps on the right side of my penis head, they itch or tingle sometimes, and I am ultimately scared. They kind of came on right after that night. We slept on a bare mattress I got a fungal infection from two weeks ago under my arm pit and on the back of my neck. I am really hopping it's some fungal infection or inflammation from my mattress and that it is not genital herpes. They haven't gone away just yet, and I am getting more and more scared. Please help me with an answer. Should I apply Lotrimin to my penis head?

Fungal infection don’t present with bumps. Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
