little red dots

i dont know what this is so i put the topic as acne but i have little red dots above my eye lid and below my eyebrow. it doesnt hurt and the arent bumpy but i dont like it and it scares me!!

It can be due to dermatitis skin or small irritated hair follicles. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
