little red dots on shoulders

Hey, around a month and a half ago I just out of no where got these little red dots on the upper part of my shoulders, lower neck at sides, and a few on upper chest. I've never had anything like this happen before, that I can remember. If you look at them close enough, they sort of look like dried out skin, but red. Each one is about 0.2 of a cm in diameter (estimate), and sometimes I will feel a slight tingling, almost like tiny little bugs crawling on my skin, and they'll be slightly itchy. Every so often they will begin to fade, then a couple days later they will be noticeable again. Recently, I've noticed that they look like they are starting to move down my chest a little bit, but I'm not 100% sure about that. I don't have any clue what could have caused these to suddenly appear, my only logical guess would be that I somehow keep coming into contact with something that I'm allergic to, but this would be very odd as I've NEVER had any allergic reactions to anything in my life. I guess my question is if anyone has a clue of what this might be, and what might be causing it...

P.S. I haven't gone to a doctor because it hasn't really created a big problem for me, and I can deal with it quite easily... And if I happened to have left any important details out, feel free to contact me ..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis allergic reaction or pityriasis rosea. Initially, a primary plaque, called a herald patch, is seen. Then it is followed by a distinctive, generalized rash 1-2 weeks later. The rash lasts approximately 2-6 weeks and is found in a Christmas tree pattern over the trunk and abdomen.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
