This may be totally out of subject, but im really quite worried.
In the past day or two, on the front on my vagina, little red dots have appeared. They are little lumps
speading across the surface. They were itchy at first, but now they just hurt. Im not sure if its just a rash or something more serious. They have no puss, or white tips. Im worried, and need some infomation on maybe what it is, and how i can treat them. Thank you :)

Hello,
Sorry replied to an earlier question first. Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
